OnlineBootStore.com Offers Easy Returns and Exchanges on All Boots and Shoes!
We offer a Full 30 days to send your return or exchange back to us. We do ask that the boots be in new store bought condition to be accepted, altered or worn products will not be accepted and shipping costs for the worn boots to be sent back to the customer is the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We choose the most affordable option to ship to you and we provide resources to help save you money on return shipping.
We have partnered with UPS to get you discounted shipping rates. We also made it easy for you. Use our Return Label. Our inexpensive return label costs less than what you would pay for shipping at UPS Store, kinkos, USPS etc. You are 100% covered if lost or damaged by UPS once scanned by UPS at no extra charge. You have a tracking number as a receipt. Once Label is on box drop your package off at your nearest UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot®, or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. We realize that it's hard to get the correct fit when ordering your boots online. For those orders that came close but didn't quite make the cut you can exchange your order. Please include an Exchange Form with the boots and once the package is received and processed we will ship the new order to any continental United States address for FREE!! Should you be unable to find a style or size that you would like in exchange, you may request an in-store credit that is valid for up to ONE YEAR of the issue date. Please Note: Boxes must be returned safely or they are subject to a $10.00 re-boxing fee if they are damaged by tape, labels or the elements. Protect the box with plastic or paper or put into another box before applying labels and shipping. The exchange form requires a signature authorizing us to charge the payment method used for the difference in price of exchanges and any potential re-boxing fee. Exchanges requiring more information to continue to process, or requests submitted without signature will be cancelled if contact is not made within a week of processing. At that point the request will be treated as a straight return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, only TWO exchanges per original order will be accepted.

For those orders that were way off the mark, you can return your order to us to receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restock fee. To avoid a restocking fee, you may request an in-store credit that is valid for up to ONE YEAR of the issue date. Returned items MUST be returned with the original box and protected from return shipping or a $10.00 fee will be applied when issuing your refund. Refunds will post to your account within approximately 5 business days after processing. We recommend trying on your shoes in a carpeted area to ensure there will be no wear on the sole in case of improper fit. Any return sent in past 30 days has the potential to be accepted with a double re-stocking fee.
- No Returns on Accessories: Socks, KG's Boot Guard, Inserts and Insoles.
- All Waterproofing Issues or Boots with Extreme Wear Will Be Directed Back to the Manufacturer.
If for any reason the boots are refused or not accepted when delivered there is a $25 refusal fee. That covers the cost charged to us by the shipping companies.
Defective Shoe Policy
Defective shoes must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order. Please send us a note with the description of the defect and we will be happy to Exchange your shoes for a new pair. Normal wear and tear of the shoe will not be considered to be a defect.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping on all defective products. Only one new pair of shoes can be deemed defective per order. Additional defectives will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a customer does not respond or we do not hear from them within 90 days of a denied defect claim, their boots will be destroyed or donated.
