This Chippewa Men's 6" Bay Apache Waterproof Insulated Hiker lace up boot features an upper of waterproof Bay Apache leather and features cement construction for longer lasting boot life. The lining is nylon and is highly abrasion. The insole is Bontex, the Midsole is EVA and the outsole is Yellow Plug Vibram Hiking Man. Insulation for this boot is provided by Thinsulate with 400 grams of insulation per boot. The waterproofing feature is done by Chip-A-Tex with a bootie that is waterproof. The shank of this boot is solid steel and the sizes available are M 7-12, 13 14 and W 7-12, 13 14. The boot also features hook and eye grommets to hold laces closed along with the Chippewa name on the tongue of the boot. The logo is at the heel of the boot and this is one solidly constructed boot that can be used most anywhere a man goes. This boot also holds up well under weather and working conditions. |
